I am looking for a way to quickly update a column of numbers that are coordinates into a decimal format. Below is an example of what I need to do:

Current content

121° 47' 3.83"
121° 47' 51.51"
120° 37' 39.69
119° 48' 51.53"

Desired content
121,47,3.83
121,47,51.51
120,37,39.69
119,48,51.53

We have tried several different methods and have failed miserably ever time. I will try any ideas at this point, but I have a feeling it can't be done.
