>I tried your suggestion of calling _fpreset() after issuing a report form command. When I exited the application, I still received the same error. I have HP drivers, but I have not had a problem printing or preview reports until just a day or so ago. Not sure if this will help but the problem started about the same time as my attempt to get my reports to preview maximized. I set up a routine to make _screen.visible=.T., then REPORT FORM IN SCREEN with _screen.windowstate=2. It didn't work either so I changed the code back to the way I had it but I now am getting this error. Any ideas? Thanks.

Is this happening on Win95 boxes but not Win98 boxes? If so, I'd check to make sure that DCOM was installed properly - there are entries the the FAQ that show how to check the registry for DCOM, and the inverse situation - errors on shutdown of VFP 6 pre-SP3 with Win95 boxes where CONFIG.FPW contained SCREEN=OFF would error on termination if DCOM hadn't been installed on them; take a look in the FAQ for the entry. You can download the self-installing DCOM from the MS Web site; DCOM98.EXE shipped on the Visual Studio 6 CD and handled the problem for Win9x boxes; you need to install at least NT SP3 on NT systems. The details are in the FAQ.
