I doubt the fact that an install of SQL 7 on a server that had 6.5 would be a problem. From the information you have provided I would think it should work from the server as it does on the work stations. Unless there is some other difference between the way the application was deployed on the server and workstations. If you do end up determining what the issue is I would be interested to hear the solution.

Would the fact that SQL Server 7 was installed over SQL Server 6.5 be a potential problem source, or could a service pack have an influence on the behavior of Memo fields update? I'm beginning to doubt FoxPro has much to do with all this and SQL Server or some of NT's DLLs might be the cause of the problem...
