Have you ever seen forms where an object reference is left (and causes problems) even when the object in question has been set to .NULL.? In my VMP4 I've had to do a RELEASE on my form objects when I close a form, but the debugger says they're all .NULL. Not that it isn't easy to add to QueryUnload().......

>When you say you "close all the objects", what does that mean? It sounds like an object reference that hasn't been set to .NULL.. When you check the format of the Excel file, do you create an instance of Excel? If so, do you quit Excel (oExcel.Quit) and set the variable to .NULL.?
