Here's the million dollar question that has stumped a half dozen techs at 2 different ISP's today and a few sales people to boot.....

I know an SSL certificates is tied to a specific domain name, but does anybody know if it's also tied to an IP address as well?? IOW can I swap my domain name amongst servers and piggy back the SSL certificate right along with it? TIA!
