When i display a text in a rich textbox, it displays a flat text with no formatting.

The following is what i am getting displayed in the textbox:
{\rtf1\ansi{\fonttbl \f0\fmodern Courier New;\f1\froman Times New Roman;\f2\fswiss Arial;}{\colortbl\red0\green0\blue0;}\cf10 \f1 \cb1\shading MFN: 0001\tx3937\tab {\cf8 \fs32 \b OSSPUB.MST}

How do i convert those texts into actual font formatings.
