In the MSDN Library - the Office 2000 Developer's documentation. There's a new book out from Hentzenwerke that covers Automation in VFP. There are tons of articles in back issues of FoxTalk and FoxPro Advisor. And there's a mail merge class in the FFC of VFP6 that handles managing mail merges with Word.
