Unless he won the election, the end result would be the same. Harry Browne will not be the next president, nor will Ralph Nader, nor anyone other than Bush or Gore. A vote for anyone other than the two major candidates may be a vote of conscience, but it's also a wasted vote (IMHO). I am a conservative who doesn't agree with all the policies of the Republican party, and almost none of the Dems, but it's a matter of getting some of what you want, or almost none. While I agree with a lot of what the Libertarian party has to say and like a lot of their positions, they haven't got a legitimate shot. Additionally, their stance on national defense is suicidal - I could never go for a head-in-the-sand stance on defense.
