I just saw an email from MS about getting a Win 98 upgrade to Win ME for $59.
Do you think Win ME should be an upgrade or a complete wipe and install?
I have only heard bits and pieces about Win ME and it does not seem to be much of an upgrade (not very many changes) from Win 98 Second Edition. Any comments on that?
