Please do not ask me how, but I've installed about 6 weeks month ago Windows ME beta 3 on my computer. Since then, I never seen a blue screen.

Besides, WinME have a lot of new features, and the best of all seems to be this so-called "System Restore". If one of applications go crazy, after uninstall it it might be possible to found some orphan dll's wich makes life worse. In this case, going back to a checkpoint previous instalation of the buggy software is very easy.

Also, they've implemented "Hibernate" option in the shutdown menu. With this option, computer shuts down in about 2 seconds, and at power on, it is exactly the same point where has been shut down. Don't even need to save the work!
