I too faced the problem, when i put a activex control in my form (treeview control) after loading, when i released the form in close button (thisform.release), but the form won't released. Then I put a command before thisform.release,

thisform.removeobject(treeview). It worked.

Syntax : Object.RemoveObject(cObjectName)
