Koos,

>In our VFOX6 applications we like to have a toolbar on each form. Because VFOX does not let you have a toolbar on a regular form but does allow a toolbar on a top level form, we now are considering to make all forms in all our applications top level forms. Does anybody has specific arguments against (of in favor) of this idea ?

I think it's a design issue. When doing so, You're basicly developing an application with SDI forms (Single Document interfact): Each new window is represented on the taskbar. Microsoft Outlook behaves the same way: When creating a new E-mail, it is displayed on the taskbar. MS word 2000 seems to work (somewhat) in simular way. Each new document is contained in its own word window.

Personally, i'm not that font of this way of developing, but it might be just a matter of taste.
