I need to get (may be through API) some number that is unique for each Windows 9x instalation and cannot be change programatically. There are some API function that could giveme something like serial number of windows instaled on machine, and date/time of the instalation of the operational system, or, any other setting that is guaranted to not repeat on any other computer?
