I don't know about that - MS seems to respond to offers of large amounts of legal currency pretty uniformly - the more you bribe them, the more attention they give you, in hopes of getting future donations...

As far as "you guys", it's pretty universal in use, except in Brooklyn and the Bronx, where it's "Youse guys".
