The problem with this is binding to VFP native data and dropping native VFP controls into the ActiveX Grid; there's no easy way to do either. Most of the third-party Grids work with non-VFP=native datasets, like ADO recordsets, and you can't drop an instance of a VFP control into an ActiveX container.
