Is the picture always going to be the same?, that is it is like a logo of some sort ?, or does the contents of the gen fields change ?

Why are you using a gen field, could you not just point to the picture file , when you add it to the reports by selecting "From file" when you drag the Ole control over to the form.

you should take a wee trip up to glasgow, I think you would be pleasantly suprised.
