Hi Ed,

>DNS2Go provides the option of a subdomain off the dns2go.com, which is used for IP forwarding. IOW, I have a dynamic IP address, assigned when I log in. I've registered a subdomain with DNS2Go for myself. Upon establishing my IP connection to my provider, I use the DNS2Go client to contact the DNS2Go site; DNS2Go then handles IP forwarding for my domain address to me. For example, let's say I register the mymachineid subdomain with DNS2Go; whenever I make my dynamic IP connection, my system contacts DNS2Go and provides it with my IP address. Other people can now reference my system via the DNS name mymachineid.dns2go.com

How do they handle the case where you disconnect (or your ISP disconnects you), and another dialup customer with that ISP gets assigned the same IP address? Does DNS2Go continue trying to reach you on the same IP, thus hitting someone else's computer?
