I need some assistance to a form that I am developing. What I am trying to acheive is allowing the end user to print a report of contracts on the verge of expiration. This report allows letters the end user to know which people need to be reminded to renew their contracts.

Currently I have the form printing from a low value of 60 days to a max value of 2 years from the current date of the system. Now I want to allow the end user to select a particular month in which they can print. For instance, on the spinner, they select Aug and it would print a report a year from the end of the following month (Sept).
