The reason that I need to do this is that I have written an Email blast module that will be used to distribute marketing information to clients and instead of the users Email address I want another address to be shown as the originator of the Email. E.g if JohnSmith is logged in I don't want to use his profile but I'd like to use another profile. E.g if a marketing campaign was for a company called REALLYGREATSOFTWARE I'd like the Email to have a FROM name of something like
information@reallygreatsoftware.com. ( All the Email addresses that we'll be using as FROM addresses are valid and have profiles set up for them ) I've done this using SMTP before but I don't know how to do it with Outlook ( or if it's possible ).

I think the best you can do with outlook is change the reply to property. So any reply would go to
information@reallygreatsoftware.com but the from address would still say JohnSmith.
I researched this a couple of months ago and had no luck. If you find out that you can do it please post it here, thanks.
