Hi Gavin,

Thanks. That's one place that I put it. That's what I meant about easy to get it to print at the bottom of each page. But on the last page, it's also at the bottom of the page even if there's only two or three lines of the report on that last page.

I really need for it to print just a couple of lines under the report body. I've been working on the idea of having it in the page footer AND group footer band and using the "print when" function to make one entry print only when the group set up as "eof()" is true and the other print only when the same group is false.

Sounds complicated. I just hope I'm not missing something simple like the "float" check box or something. Bottom line is, I don't have it working yet.

Please keep your gears turning. Maybe something will pop up. Write back if it does.
