Thanks. This is a good start. I don't have the VFP ODBC in the reference so I guess I need to get another build from MS.

Would you recommend Visual Basic Step by Step as the best for a VFP developer wanting to know the quickest way to do things in VB that he did in VFP? I want to be able to qickly find out who VB does it (if I know how I would do it in VFP).
