I just upgraded to Win2000. Great stuff! But some things don't work as expected anymore. When I was to change an exe icon, I simply attach it to the project. This will create the icon on the desktop when the user creates a shortcut. But the application icon shows the standard windows thingy. This never happened in the past. Anybody have an idea where I should look to fix the problem?
