I came across this "really great" salary survey site. Instead of quantifiable things like "years of experience" or how many people you had supervised, or something, their questions wanted to know if you were "intermediate" or "expert."

Around here, I feel like a beginner, but their "beginner" salaries were way low even for a low-paying employer in my area. Course, on other newsgroups I feel like an expert!
