i am going to build an application, in this i need to send a wave file on telephony line. and sometimes allow to record someone's message to a wave file. please help me in this regard.
also how get key# using touch tone signal from the incoming line.
please help in terms of visual basic even in short. but any other language in detail (ie VC++ or API)
try to keep in VB.
any help will highly be appreciated.
