Hi Ed, Thanks for the response.
I have the development version installed - 6.00.8167.00 VFP Pro.
I can't get SP3 on. I've got various MSDN Libraries, VB, etc.
I caused this problem following a fresh Win98 install, renamed my Program Files folder and put VFP and other apps back on into default directories. SP3 won't go on for some reason. - Could it be it's finding files loitering in the renamed Program Files Folder?
I remember seeing similar questions about SP3 - I was surprised not to find it in FAQ.
Ideas?
Sylvia
>Do you have VFP 6 development installed, or the VFP 6 runtime? If only the runtime is installed, you have to install SP3 on a machine with the VFP 6 Development product installed, generate a new Setup Wizard distribution containing the VFP 6 SP3 runtimes on that system, and then install the new runtimes on the systems having the runtime version installed. SP3 is only applied to the Development package, which isa used to generate the new runtimes for other systems.
