Recently, I have encouraged these folks to post jobs on the UT classifieds. Hopefully, they will. Some of them don't post jobs anywhere - a word of mouth thing or they have contactors they have dealt with for years.

Bottom line is that there is a ton of VFP work that never hits the mainstream classifieds/internet channels. It's all about making contacts, getting to know people, developing a good reputation - the ole' boy network.
