In VFP5 you can right click on the top of the properties window and choose "Non-default only". This way you'll see only modified methods.

If you want a list of only real custom methods, I don't know any easy way to do it. But it might be a good idea to enhance the VCXEditor written by Rock Legendre. Hey, Rock, do you hear me? :)
