A local temporary (#table) is scoped to the connection. I doubt that you'd be able to BCP from it since BCP creates its own connection to the server. OTOH, there should be no issue using BCP to retrieve data from a global temporary table (##table) as long as the connection that created the table still exists. All temporary tables are dropped when the connection that created them is released.
