Ya, unfortunately out here they base the quality rating of pizza more on the "Gourmetness" of the incredients rather than the quality. Witness Wolfgang Puck. Sweetness is the word of the day when describing all the sauces I've ever tasted here.

Surprising, considering that I've visited the garlic festival here. And theres a popular restaurant called the Stinking Rose. Where they claim "they flavor their garlic with a little food".
