Didn't work for me, I may not know to give you certain information.
In actuality, the 2nd top level form is a progress bar display. I was able to work arround by putting a progress bar control on the first form.
I successfully use the progress bar form in all cases where it is called from any form not running top level itself.
This will remain a back burner issue for me.
