Yes Grigore, it is YOUR PROBLEM. And yes, you will have to get INVOLVED. You have now been served notice that Pinnacle alone cannot grant such permission. You are now involved. This makes it your problem. The onus is on you to get the required releases from BOTH Pinnacle and the respective author(s). It is not up to Pinnacle to do this for you. You will need to do the leg work. That said, Pinnacle should have instructed you directly that you need to seek permission from the repsective authors. Nonethess, you have now been served notice.

Don't get me wrong, what you are doing is very noble. However, from a business standpoint, all of this is a little too informal for me. In other words, an email between you and a representitive from Pinnacle does not constitute a contract. Why? Because the relevant parties are not involved. And as such, a meeting of the minds cannot exist.

Again, if you choose to use my work, you may. In fact, I won't make the offer contingent on having an executed formal agreement between you, Pinnacle, and myself - although it is well within my right to do so. Again, I see a greater good for the development community in your region of the world. That is a good thing. At the same time, I am a little put-off by your comment above. In the future, it would serve you well to be a bit more contrite. I take the ownership interests in my work very seriously.
