I'm an experienced VFP developer who is new to the VFE framework.
Nowhere in the VFE documentation do I see proper rollout and version
update information explained. Currently, we're using VFE 5.5.

1. What should initially get distributed with the EXE? DATA, METADATA, the EXE?
It looks like METADATA could be included or excluded from the APP?
Aside from the 'size of app' issue, what would influence whether I did
this one way or the other?
2. How are data alterations implemented once the data and metadata
have been rolled out? Can I use a simple prg with an ALTER DATA...
to the desired table, or is there something that needs to be run
to update the metadata?
3. Suppose (data) changes are rolled out differently to two locations.
Will the DBCXid's get out of whack; what are the implications; how
are they put back in line?
