You're also going to want something on design of object-oriented software. Markus Egger's book, Advanced Object Oriented Programming with Visual FoxPro 6.0 would be helpful.
There are a lot of practical areas that the exams themselves don't cover - I guess they figure you've got those parts down before you get to the "higher level" stuff. You might also look into training materials like videos or workbooks. The AppDev videos with Jim Booth are popular, as well as the TakeNote courseware. The exams also don't really cover "programming" - things like the syntax of a particular command. But that's all in the docs for anyone to look up.
There are also a lot of discussions here on the UT about design issues - why to do something one way or another. You might end up spending some time digging in the archives, so the cost of a PUTM would be valuable.
While you're on the Wiki, surf all the links; there is a lot there, too about design issues.
