Alejandro,
You need the "Report Preview" toolbar. You can open it before you start the report if necessary. Do you have code somewhere that closes all toolbars?

You might be able to restore by simply going to the View/Toolbars menu choice while in a report and loading that toolbar. It should then be linked back to all the reports.
