We have an application that runs on FoxPro 4 Dos 2.6, and this app has been around for about 8 years, it runs on an NT Server.

Just recently we have been getting duplicate PK's - these aren't just duplicate RECENT PK's, but PK's that were created years ago. We have a NEXTREF table that contains one record and a field for each Table's PK - there have been no changes to the system code at all, it is just starting to happen for no reason.

Has anyone ever come across this sort of situation before using FPD?
