as some of u may know i've been to day at a presetation
by MS and Insoft (the company that represents VFP in Israel)
I spoke there with the head of dev. products in MS Israel
and here are a couple of things i think will be of interest to u

• the supposed release data for VFP5.0 is 28/8/96(!)
  
• regarding the upcoming "developer studio" - this is not a plan to merge all the dev. products into a single product but rather give a uniform development environment
  (e.g. the Wizard engine etc) for all/most MS dev. product
  (VFP,VC++,VB,Fortran etc.)
