I'll answer this question.
The reason your report always goes to the default printer, is because your report was created in a dos (older) version of FoxPro. While older report formats work just fine, there is a difference in the structure of the .frx file. FoxPro seems to notice that the report is an old format and overrides all settings.
I had this same problem, thats what I created the Fox Power Printer that Craig was pointing you to. It can create new values for the tag and tag2 fields and then the report will print with all the settings and to the correct printer.
