Well, I guess he could have dreamt it up, but he certainly didn't have anything to do with the development team. I think he was initially busy with his lawsuit where his third partner who was not in the picture when Fox hit it big, attempted to recoup what he thought he should have gotten from him and Dick LaValley. I guess court crap is a real drag on your creative energy.
