Try these:
- When you click on the checkbox, what do you do to activate the 3rd page? Try a CLICK on the 3rd page (and a Thisform.pgf1.PAGE3.Refresh());

or

- Why don't you make the checkbox unvisible after you click and jump to the 3rd page? And add the code to visible the checkbox again on the page1.Click();
