My FRX2Word class here on the UT might help. It converts reports to either DOC, HTML, or RTF formats and, with a few expections, retains all formatting. If it's a simple list of child records, it should be able to handle it no sweat. Word 97 or Word 2000 is required, though.
John's idea also has merit. Acrobat PDFWriter and Distiller are pretty simple to use and PDF documents are a standard for distributed documents. You can purchase these tools as part of Acrobat 4.0 from Adobe for about $300 or so.
>I have a form used to retrieve, view, and in the future, edit Records by CUSTID. They child records are selected by what's known as the UPSINO. I want to add functionality to the form that will enable my user to email all, selected, or currently viewed child records for the selected CUSTID. However I want to output the data in a pre-defined report format and convert it to HTML so the client can view the record(s) in his browser.
