Could you provide more details about your DragDrop with slider? Does it happen when you drag over other objects on form, or form itself? I didn't have any problems with dragging over the TreeView, but I had this problem with dragging from the grid - DragDrop suddenly happened when drag cursor reached the grid border. Can you check the event sequence in your Debugger?
