Almost none. I migrate apps with serious Word and Outlook automation using every combination of Win 95, Win 98, Win 2000 and Office 97, Office 2000 all of the time.

Occasionally, something that works fine in Word 2000 will cause a "Document formatting too complex....save now" 1429 error from Word 97 but that's infrequent and only in the most complex documents.
