I'm trying to convert text file to the VFP table. This file is comma-delimited, in the first row I have field names. They are long names (more than 10 characters). When I try to say to use 1st row as Field names, it gives me an Error: "Error #1712 in CreateTestCursor(0): Field name is a duplicate or invalid". I tried convert this file in Excell (but instead of field names it uses Column1, Column2, etc.) and in Access, where it creates a Access database and table with no problems, but can not export into VFP 3.0 format.

So, as I understand, it's a bug of VFP Import wizard. Is this bug fixed in SP4.0? Or in VFP7.0? Is there a way to preserve long field names?
