Hi Guys

Is there anyway from a VB 5.0 application to have windows tell me when a certain amount of time has transpired, and to generate an interupt within my application without using the Timer Control?

I thought about creating a thread, and within it I would have my own timer, that would somehow generate an interrupt within my application every 2 hours, How diffucult would it be to implement something like this?
