Tom -

Thanks for all your help and suggestions. It is very much appreciated!

I really like the idea of the connection string in the Include file. As soon as I decided to make the switch from a system DSN on the server to a connection string (which was last week), I thought of doing just that. I'm actually in the process of doing that now.

Thanks again!

>Great! Glad you found the problem. I had a feeling it was the connection string and that is why I suggested sending me a copy. The connection string is handy and once you understand how to write it in its many "flavors" you will better understand how important that little line of code can be. I have my connection string saved as an ASP file and use it as an INCLUDE file. That is so no one can see my connection string on a client machine and it makes it a simple matter to change should the data server etc. change.
