>We have used the Treeview ( from Comctl32.ocx ) for over 2 years, and it works. Recently, two of our users have complained that the TreeView doesn't appear ( as it does on all the other workstations at their sites ). The only thing that differentiates those stations which do not work from those that do work is the non-working computers have Personal Oracle installed.

This is a SWAG, but it wounds like Personal Oracle is installing and registering a different version of the TreeView control; it's likely taking over the version-independent ProgID in the registry. Check the CLSID associated with the registry entry HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MSComctlLib.TreeCtrl - in all likelihood it'll be different on these systems than on the systems that work properly. The one I use currently is {C74190B6-8589-11D1-B16A-00C0F0283628}, MSCOMCTL.OCX, Microsoft TreeView Control 6.0 (SP4)
