For what its worth. I don't think the issue is wether or not the object is instanciated, but wether the event-method (a Booth term :-) Init() is finished, and completeing the CreateObject() and assinging the variable "oApp" the object reference.

The only reason I mention it is that I struggles with this for a couple minutes yesterday. You can pass the object around all you want to other functions and methods using THIS from the object using its PEMs, so its a real object, you just can't use the variable object reference yet.
