Maybe FoxFix ($$) from HalloGram. They do have versions for VFP3 and VFP5. When you set up a DBC, you can run GenDBC.prg in the \VFP\TOOLS\GENDBC directory to generate executable (.prg) code that can be used to recreate your database if needed. (Did that last sentence make sense?)
