Hi everyone,

How can I create a ToolTipText for the column? E.g. I can assign ToolTipText to the Column.Text1, but it becomes visible only after clicking on the cell in highlighted row. I'd like to show this tip regardless of clicking...

Thanks in advance.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
