Hi Paul, I had stated in one of my replies that I had my lawyer review the agreement before I signed it. :) He is a business lawyer, I'm not sure to what detail he's versed in intellectual property laws, looks like I should send him an e-mail on that...

I also did look into insurance, both General Liability and E&O (ie. professional liability). Yes, I was just about to post to your 'Business Insurance' thread, so I'll provide some of my findings up there.
